The awards are for excellence in environmental journalism and would be given to an individual who has done exemplary investigative and inspired reporting on environmental issue sin the country. This will be countrywide recognition of four journalists (21-30 years of age) who have made a significant contribution in either the print or electronic media to an understanding of the nation's environmental problems. Last date for application is October 31, 2011.
